The Consulate General of Italy in Melbourne announces that the Notice of Sale has been published for the property owned by the Italian Republic called Elm Tree House, located at 233 Domain Road, South Yarra VIC 3141.
The deadline for the submission of offers is no later than 12 pm (AEST) on 28 August 2026. Offers must be submitted strictly in accordance with the procedures set out in the Sale Notice.
