26° Genoa International Poetry Festival
The 26th Genoa International Poetry Festival “Parole spalancate” has reached the fourth instalment of this long edition. After launching the online Poetry in sDreaming festival during the lockdown, and after having been the first Italian festival to return to performances in front of a live audience in June, Parole spalancate is organizing a week of live events (and live streaming) from the 1st to the 8th of September.
Alessandro Haber, Igor Chierici, Pierpaolo Capovilla, Luigi Maio and a special tribute to Bruno Lauzi are just some of the protagonists of the shows that will also be streamed in high quality on the Parole spalancate Facebook page.
Active since 1995, the Genoa International Poetry Festival “Parole Spalancate” is the largest and longest-running Italian poetry event, with over 1600 poets and artists who have participated in the past 25 edition, with 120 free events every year, 11 consecutive days of programming and a format exported to several countries, including Belgium, France, Finland, Japan, Germany.
