Join us to discover new ideas and unique aspects of Italy&#8217;s past, present, and future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;EATALIAN TALKS&#8221;<\/strong> is a series of approximately 35-minute talks on a wide range of topics, from music to customs, from art to Made in Italy. <strong>Admission is free and is located on the 4th floor of 125 York Street CBD, opposite the QVB.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each meeting will be held in English and will feature prominent figures from the worlds of art, business, and academia, or alternatively, videos, presentations, and other content.<\/p>\n<p>All participants will be offered a light lunch, soft drinks, <strong>and alcohol-free PERONI Nastro Azzurro O.O beer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here are the events organised so far:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14 July 2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/iicsydney.esteri.it\/en\/gli_eventi\/calendario\/italian-talks-mano-dopera-episode-2-scenography\/\"><strong>Mano d\u2019Opera \u2013 Episode 2: Set Designers<\/strong><\/a> &#8211;\u00a0 an excursus on the world of <strong>Set Design in Italian Opera houses<\/strong>, where creativity, craftsmanship, and technical expertise merge.<\/li>\n<li>11 August 2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/iicsydney.esteri.it\/en\/gli_eventi\/calendario\/eatalian-talks-le-macchine-a-spalla-shoulder-borne-processional-structures\/\"><strong>The UNESCO Heritage of Italy\u2019s \u201cShoulder-Borne Processional Machines\u201d<\/strong> <\/a>&#8211; discovering the four most representative festivals of the <strong>UNESCO Shoulder-Borne Processional Machines Network<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>18 August 2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/iicsydney.esteri.it\/en\/gli_eventi\/calendario\/eatalian-talks-interview-with-sesto-quatrini-guest-conductor-of-rigoletto-at-the-sydney-opera-house\/\"><strong>\u00a0Interview with Sesto Quatrini<\/strong><\/a> &#8211;\u00a0 guest conductor at the Sydney Opera House for Giuseppe Verdi&#8217;s &#8220;Rigoletto&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Reservations on our Eventbrite website.
