Call for expressions of interest in collaborating on cultural events

Within its activities aimed at the promotion of Italian language and culture, the Italian Cultural Institute in Sydney organizes a host of high-profile cultural and artistic events, whose nature is both promotional and educational. In order to successfully complete this task, the Institute welcomes the cooperation and/or sponsorship of public or private individuals or bodies who, through a monetary contribution or a professional collaboration, are able to promote their image and/or business through the publication of their logo on invitations and other advertising material related to a particular event (posters, catalogues, newsletters). Parties wishing to collaborate with the Institute can express their interest by sending an email to direzione.iicsydney@esteri.it.

The expression of interest should include contact details and any relevant information regarding the person/body expressing such interest. This notice is not binding and the Institute reserves the right to contact the interested parties during the planning phase of the event calendar. Should the Institute be interested in the proposal, as well as require additional information, the individual(s) will be contacted with a tentative contract proposal, which will only be binding once all parties draft and sign a final agreement. In accordance with the Code of Conduct of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Institute cannot accept proposals from individuals/entities whose activities may involve a conflict of interest, harm or damage the reputation of our institutional activities or may be contrary to the general principles of Italian law.
