On the occasion of the 4th Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Italian Cultural Institute Sydney, the Consulate General of Italy Sydney, the Italian National Tourist Board, the Italian Trade Agency, the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sydney and Barilla are pleased to present this unique culinary event.

olio internoIn this Masterclass, renowned chefs and olive oils experts Luca Ciano and Nino Zoccali will share their knowledge of the amazing  world of premium olive oils, discussing everything from cultivars varieties, different flavours profiles, versatility and attributes, to the extraordinary health benefits. They will teach you some basic sensorial tasting techniques and guide you through the degustation of awards-winning Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oils from different regions as well as one selected Australian oil. The degustation will be followed by a selection of finger food paired with each olive oil tasted during the masterclass.

Please note this is a very exclusive event, mostly invitation-only, however the Italian Cultural Institute has decided to give the opportunity to a small number of members to attend.
