This event will be full of taste and extraordinary Italian flavours, starting with a artusiParmigiano Reggiano masterclass (by invitation only), continuing with the Ospitalità Italiana Award Ceremony and the official launch of the book Cucina Italiana:

a Guidebook to Italian dining.

The guide contains a specific section dedicated to cooking and culture, on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Pellegrino Artusi, author of the famous book La scienza in cucina e l’arte di mangiar bene (Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well).
