CONDITIONS
Enrolments
Courses will start only if a sufficient number of enrolments is reached (minimum 6 students - maximum number: 16 students per course). In exceptional circumstances courses may also run with a lower number of students, in which case the number of tuition hours will be reduced (i.e. 5 students: 20 h, 4 students: 18 h).
Entry test
Students who have studied Italian elsewhere wishing to enroll into a higher level will be required to undergod a short entry test to determine which course is most suited to their level. Tests will be sent to prospective students upon requests or can be downloaded HERE.
Student card
All the students attending Italian language courses at the Institute are entitled for the duration of the course to a student card that will allow FREE borrowing privileges from our book and DVD library for FREE. Should students wish to obtain a one year membership, which allows them access to all the other benefits of the IIC membership, they are entitled to a 50% discount on the normal membership fee.
Scholarships
The Italian Cultural Institute offers its students scholarships to attend short Italian language courses in Italy. For more information click HERE.
Reimbursements
A full refund will be given if a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrolments. Once the course has begun, fees cannot be refunded or transferred. The Institute cannot be held responsible for any changes in personal circumstances.
Rescheduling of classes
Under exceptional circumstances - usually related to a cultural event held at the Institute - we reserve the right to reschedule classes according to students' and the teachers' needs.
