Sydney Restaurant Group and the Italian Cultural Institute are pleased to present a 3-part Art & Dine Series: Gusto d’Italia, a magical evening of art and culinary delights.
Explore the wonderful relationship between art, food and wine with a series of carefully crafted Italian regional menus and wines, while also enjoying a unique and captivating art experience.
The first event is dedicated to the flavours of Tuscany and it will be hosted at Ventuno Restaurant in Walsh Bay on Wednesday the 12th of July. An exclusive, multiple course menu with perfectly paired wines will lead you on a memorable journey in the privileged company of an inspiring art presentation.
During the evening award-winning Italian artist, Matteo Bernasconi will showcase a series of his engaging and challenging contemporary paintings from his extensive collections.
Bernasconi’s striking artworks take inspiration from the human condition, offering moments of reflection on feelings, thoughts and ideas that are normally brushed off in everyday life.
